A warm welcome to an unofficial side event of the COP23! This event is organized by the European Forest Institute with support from the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and the SAFARI project.

We will start the event with short presentations by highly experienced experts from various fields. Next an open panel discussion will bring the experts and audience together to discuss the topics of the possible future of global forest governance.
